Te Ha O Te Whanau Trust
Te Ha O Te Whanau means the spirit of family and was formed to meet the need of tamariki and their whanau. They provide fun and exciting programs that promote active learning, with themes such as self responsibility, self confidence, positive relationships, goal setting and achievement, self management, social interaction skills, physical education and life skills, travel, arts, outdoor adventure and community service.
Programmes are for both age groups, 11-13 years and 14-17 years. Activities are adventure based and include: raft making, shelter making, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and camping.
Programmes will be held from 9am to 3.30 pm on:
- Monday 11th January to Friday 15th January 2010
- Monday 18th to Friday 22nd January 2010
- Monday 25th to Friday 29th January 2010
- April school holidays
