Practice guidelines - Teenage Parent Intensive Case Worker
Service specifications, which used to be part of the contract, have now been repackaged into best practice guidelines.
These Practice Guidelines provide a guide for the delivery of Teenage Parent Intensive Case Worker funded by Family and Community Services.
They assist those who deliver specific social services by providing delivery and practice in a more easy to read format.
They also provide:
- ideas, based on best practice, about who to best deliver the service
- a resource tool to help providers to meet outcomes specified
- a way for us to improve responsiveness to feedback on changes to the service delivery component of the agreement.
