Community Response Fund application process

Applications for round nine are open as of Thursday, 1 December 2011 and close 24 February 2012 at 5pm.  Information about the Fund including how to apply, who is eligible and the fund criteria can be found below.

How to apply

Applicants can apply for a grant under the Community Response Fund at two funding levels.

Application form one: under $15,000

Applicants requesting a grant under $15,000 complete Form One. 

  • They need to confirm they meet the Fund's criteria
  • They need to supply the last two years audited annual accounts when applying under the finanical crisis category.
  • They need to keep the level of detail supplied in the narrative sections of Form One to a minumum  - under 200 words.
  • No other supporting documentation is required. 
Application form two: over $15,000

Applicants requesting a grant over $15,000 are to complete Form Two.

  • They are required to provide supporting documentation that meets the criteria with their application form. 
  • It is mandatory to supply the last two years audited financial statements, or similar. 
  • The level of detail to be provided in the narrative sections of the form is expected to be more comprehensive (around 200-500).

Please note, once you have submitted your application, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your application with a unique identification code similar to CRF9-XXXX.  Please use this code when submitting any correspondence for Round 9 of the Community Response Fund (CRF). If you have not received an email confirming receipt of your application from us within three working days, please contact the Community Response Fund Team on 0800 777 100.
