Our region
Family and Community Services Central South region extends from New Plymouth on the West and Gisborne on the East down to Wellington and the bottom of the North Island.
Our activities
We work to make a difference to the live of families in the Central South region.
- We have facilitated Local Services Mapping in Horowhenau, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, Tararua, Taranaki and Whanganui.
- Our Strengthening Families Coordinators are based in Dannevirke, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, Wairarapa, Taumaranui, Whanganui, Taranaki, Kapiti, Hutt Valley, Porirua and Wellington.
- We work closely with and contract community providers across our region.
- Heartlands Service centres operate in Waipukurau, Hawera and Eketahuna.
