The Baby Check website has a calculator with a series of questions to help determine if your baby is sick and how severe that sickness is.
Finding help
Your choices… your health on the Ministry of Health website helps you to choose a doctor and how much you’re likely to pay for a doctor’s visit.
The Māori Health website has contact details for Māori health providers throughout New Zealand.
Most people access mental health services through a referral from their doctor. The Ministry of Health website has information on how to find a mental health specialist in your area.

Illnesses
Kids Health, an American website, has information about childhood illnesses and health conditions. The Kiwifamilies website has information and links to support groups for many childhood illnesses and health conditions.
