About the National Directory
One of Family and Community Services’ key roles is to improve the quality of information about resources available to help families.
The National Directory supports this role by providing easy online access to a range of family related services and programmes.
We want to make it easier for families to access information and advice - to support them and help them to cope with common issues and problems.
The purpose of the National Directory is to connect people with providers who can help.
Why List on the National Directory?
- It’s free to list your information
- It’s a great way to connect you and the people you want to help
- It can raise your organisation’s profile
- it’s online and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
If your organisation offers services and/or programmes:
- that support families
- at little or no cost to the recipient (ie. donation/koha or cost-recovery charges)
- that are designed to benefit the receipient ahead of the provider
then we would love to hear from you!
How to Get Listed
There are two ways to apply for a listing
- fill in the online application (see the link below)
- contact us to request a paper application
