What is Family Violence?

Provided by Living Without Violence Collective, a community organisation based in Takapuna, with the purpose of intervening in and stopping men's violence against women, children and other men, and supporting women and their safety from men's violence.

Provided by Preventing Violence in the Home, a national organisation offering training and consultancy regarding violence in the home throughout New Zealand, and the largest single family violence prevention service in New Zealand.

Getting a protection order, applications in the Family Court, what the protection order says, what happens if the abuse doesn’t stop, serving a trespass notice, and people who can help.
