There are five steps to the process that need to be completed before you can submit the application.
Step 1: Administration contact (this information is not published)
This covers contact details for an individual in your organisation who
we can contact (now and in the future) about listing your organisation.
Step 2: Provider details
This covers
information about your organisation: your legal name, website (if any),
type of organisation, purpose, and the geographic area(s) where you
offer services/programmes.
Step 3: Provider's contact details
This covers contact details for your organisation including phone number(s), email address and opening hours.
Step 4: Services and programmes
This covers
information about the service(s) and/or programme(s) you provide,
including any charges, who the service or programme is for, and whether
a referral is required to access it.
Step 5: Submit
That's it! You'll be given the opportunity to supply any additional information, and then you can submit your application.

Please note, as you proceed through each step, the data you've entered will automatically be saved.
